Through the seasons, Horn was photographed by Mario Testino, Solve Sundsbo, Chris Colls, and Nathaniel Goldberg for brands such as Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton. He actively uses social media to highlight his other passions: health and wellness in the form of veganism and planet preservation.
